I love the detail on the collar and the sweet green swiss dots on the collar. This dress has hot pink, light pink, white, lime green, and a hint of corn flower blue. It is precious! It has elastic on the sleeves for an easy fit and a sweet ruffle hem on the bottom to add the perfect touch!
